Latteria is a vibrant new 1950’s style Milanese diner located on the constantly changing street scape of Essex Road, in the heart of Islington.
Craft’s brief was to rationalise the interior layout to create a cosy and welcoming restaurant, offering a truly Italian experience. Our brief included the back of house areas, where our focus was to provide functional and well thought out preparation, cooking and plating areas. Initial feedback has been extremely positive.
